Keith Bloodworth is a serial entrepreneur, where he has been founder and driver of three successful businesses headquartered in Europe.
The first and best known was Axis Communications (1984-1991), an interface and camera company which was sold to Canon Inc. for US$2.83 billion. He was also the founder of the FormScape Group (1991-2001) which was sold to Bottomline and CNL Software (2001-Present). His roles have included CEO, Managing Director and Sales & Marketing Director.
In all these companies, he has acted as the technology visionary who has disrupted the status quo and revolutionized the way business has been done in their markets. In his current role, his vision is to create a C2 Command and Control solution that fuses and leverages from use of legacy, current and future security and facilities applications. Keith has led the company to become the premier choice of integration platform for large scale, critical security initiatives. Under Keith leadership, CNL Software continues along a trajectory of long-term growth, year on year as well as remaining privately held by the founders and staff in the company.
