Keith Bloodworth — Chief Executive Officer and co-founder
Keith Bloodworth is an entrepreneur with a track record of successful start-ups going back to 1981. With a 40+ year career working in most aspects of IT, he has been part of creating fast growth companies that have all been about innovation and industry changing software. He was founder or co-founder in highly successful IT companies such as Axis Communications, AFP Solutions and FormScape Group where his roles have included CEO, Managing Director and Sales & Marketing Director.
Fredrik Arfwidsson — Vice President, Finance and co-founder
With degrees in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing and Management, Fredrik has worked as Finance Manager, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Director in several UK software and distribution ventures since 1990, including AFP Solutions and FormScape Group.
Matthew Kushner — President, Americas
Matt has spent the last 25 years working in the electronic security industry, most recently as Executive Vice President of TAC; serving as President and CEO of Integral Technologies, a leading provider of IP Video Management and Access Control security solutions, and concurrently as Chairman of the ESMI Group, a leading European manufacturer of commercial Fire Control Systems. Previously, Matt served as Director of Marketing for Honeywell and held the position of General Manager, Security Products for Telular Corporation; and Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Member, Board of Directors for Versus Technology, Inc.
James Condron — Vice President Sales, EMEA
With over 20 years' experience in the software and hardware industry, James has a successful track record in instigating significant growth strategies for a number of high technology organizations. Through his knowledge of both IT and security technologies he has been instrumental in the delivery of numerous high profile C3i & C4i projects in the public, private and national government sectors. Working with customers to manage technology convergence issues and ensuring compliance to security polices, these solutions have delivered real ROI while protecting some of the highest profile people and security assets within target countries.
Jack Lyons — Vice President of Operations, Americas
Jack has over 20 years' experience as a senior executive in both multi-national corporate and start-up environments. He most recently served as Vice President & CFO for Integral Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of IP based Video Management and Access Control security solutions. He was part of the Integral startup team and his final task there was to manage the M&A team during discovery, negotiation and successful merger of Integral with a major industry competitor in 2007. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration and is a certified public accountant.
